This was actually an unfortunate regression in 3.9.2, it's fixed in 3.9.3. You can download a beta from here: http://download.primekey.se/~tomas/download/ejbca_3_9_3b2.zip

Hi Felix,
It seems like the EJBCA_HOME/lib/commons-io-1.3.2.jar library wasn't deployed properly for some reason.
What version of EJBCA and JBoss are you running?

JBoss must be running when you issue this command..
Also verify that 'java.trustpassword' in conf/web.properties really is at least 6 characters as the second error states.

I didn't see any error during 'ant install'. I've done 'ant javatrustsotre' and I see this:
