• EggsHam 1.0p2008

  EggsHam is a PalmOS application that generates (and grades) _practice_ amateur radio licensing exams. It is for people interested in obtaining an amateur radio license in the US. This version includes the 2008 pools (a new Extra pool was issued in 2008.) Minor update to the application: the pool selection screen now displays the year that the pool was issued. Compare this year to http://www.arrl.org/arrlvec/pools.html to check that your pool is current. I have also altered the version numbering scheme to include the pool year: 1.0 is the application version, and p2008 denotes that the 2008 pools are included. The next version may then be 1.0p2010, when a new Technician pool is scheduled for release, or 1.1p2008, if the application itself needs a bug fix or feature change before that time.
