Release 0.4-1 (Alpha) Minor feature enhancements
Its has been a long time since last release, but the webbased engineering tool (eetool) has been updated once again. Since last release: The language has been separated from the PHP/XHTML code to allow easy translation of eetool. The first translation (Turkish) has been completed thanks to Fatih Bodur. The layout of all pages has been updated.
