  • EDoc++ 0.2.1 file released: edoc-0.2.1.tar.bz2

    version: 0.2.1 * [2009_02_18] Fixed bug in GCC code where open() call with O_CREAT did not specify mode for new file creation causing compile error on new Ubuntu systems. * [2009_01_28] Modified patch script so that it will properly clean up tmpfiles on exit and so that it may choose a more appropiate tmpfile name. * [2009_01_28] Changed order of path checks for libpython so that it is more likely to get the correct rpath first * [2009_01_23] Updated version from 0.2.0 to 0.2.1 * [2009_01_20] Fixed bug where cygwin specific patches for doxygen were not being applied as they were removed from the packages subdirectory. * [2008_12_24] Updated build.sh to test the distclean target and DESTDIR install. * [2008_12_24] Removed build code for creating binary rpm, deb, cygwin and pkgsrc packages from EDoc++ internal project. This code will be maintained outside of thed EDoc++ source tree as is standard. * [2008_11_19] Added includes for string.h, stdlib.h and a few others to fix compile errors on an Antix linux system with GCC 4.2. * [2008_11_10] Fixed distclean target to clean up things forgotten about previously. * [2008_10_30] Fixed bug in new gendefeds.sh script which prevented it from working with a destdir install. * [2008_10_28] Added test target to top level makefile. * [2008_10_28] Removed un-necessary EDocPy.pc.in file. * [2008_10_20] Removed symlinks for non-versioned varients of libEDoc and friends so as to enforce non-backwards compatibility of library versions and simplify the install a little. * [2008_10_20] Fixed bug in gendefeds.sh.in where it would fail with --disable-gcc configure option. * [2008_10_20] Fixed bug in start_edoc where LD_LIBRARY_PATH is being set but should not be after previous patch for GCC -rpath inclusion in last release. * [2008_10_20] Fixed bug in usage of test = where was using == * [2008_10_20] Modified ChangeLog format to something more managable. * [2008_10_18] Updated the generation of docscripts so that it will now generate pre-defined file names which are easier to package.

  • EDoC++ v0.2.1 Release

    Version 0.2.1 of EDoC++ has just been released. This version includes a few minor bug fixes. EDoC++ is both a lint-like tool and a documentation tool that specialises in analysing and documenting the use of exceptions in C++ code. In particular, EDoC++ will produce a list of warnings and errors for poor usage of exceptions in C++ code. Additionally, EDoC++ can generate detailed documentation including a list of all exceptions thrown by the functions in a given code base. This documentation is saved in a format that can be parsed by doxygen and is useful for adding exception documentation to the API for a code library. For more information see the website: http://edoc.sourceforge.net/ If you find EDoC++ useful then consider recommending it to others, writing a review, or creating a blog post about it. If you do choose to post information about EDoC++ somewhere then please include a link to the EDoC++ home page: http://edoc.sourceforge.net/
