Equinox Desktop Environment

Hi,

efiler can't be compiled at all since API in edelib changed a bit since last Vedran's commit in efiler code. I'm waiting for Vedran to do something about it (he is currently busy with other commitments) and hopefuly this should be resolved soon, or we will have to find another maintainer for efiler.

Other tools starting with 'e' (not 'ede-', except 'emountd') are still eFLTK based and will be replaced with either FLTK version or replaced with better one.
