    Hello,

    I have problem with Hermes system v. 09.31 on linux redhat 9.0, tomcat 4.1.30, postgres 8.1.1, and java 1.4.2_05 with JCE patch.
    I receive error in log file:
    ERROR [Thread-41]: [10505] Cannot send SOAP message
    Exception: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException
    Message: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed
