Hello Ellen,

Did you rename the script? You should keep the name index.php otherwise it wil not find the other albums and will not create thumbnails.

The only other problem could be GD, try to set $gd2=true to $gd2=false.

The easiest way to integrate it into your site is either by adding your own site colors and custom headers or footers. Alternatively you can include it using a 'wrapper' function (see http://www.mywebmymail.com for an example).
