Dynamic Switch Ver 1.1 Changes from Ver 1.01: New commands are added to set some interfaces to normal mode so that end hosts can communicate with the switch via those ports. E.g. time synchronization or FTP is possible. Automatically detect the number of interfaces in the Linux box. Fix the typo in the output messages. Changes from Ver 1.0: Fix an error in INSTALL_HOWTO file.
