The command prompt copy worked perfectly. Thank you for the detailed instructions! It joined all necessary .vob files and there isn't a bit of hesitation in the video or audio.

Sorry, I omitted to say OS is Widows XP Pro Sp3 with 2gig Ram. As to your advice, why should I install 1.7.4 when I am using 1.8.0. beta 3 as post title clealy states and that is the version with the problem. I was only trying to highlight a posible error/bug.

Oh boy, if you wanna a help you should betray your operating system and your DVD Styler version to us. Please deinstall DVD Styler and install this version https://sourceforge.net/projects/dvdstyler/files/dvdstyler/1.7.4/DVDStyler-1.7.4_2-win32.exe/download, (if you have Windows system)

Hello:
The only method I have tried that has been successful at combining the .VOB files on a DVD is to use the Command Prompt. I know this is old fashioned but it works every time. An NLE cannot use these files as independent because in fact they are not. Use the copy command thus:
copy /B Z:VTS_01_1.VOB+Z:VTS_01_2.VOB +...+Z:VTS_01_n.VOB /B J:Video.VOB
Where: Z: is the DVD drive.

I am using DVDstyler to pull .vob files from an existing DVD and compile it into a new .iso file.
There are 2 .vob files that I am pulling. DVDstyler pulls them in as Title 1 and Title 2. I created an End Jump on Title 1 to go to Title 2. The .iso seemed to have been created successfully, however, the transition skips about 1 second of video/audio. These two clips are seamlessly...
