This patch adds LPCM support (for uncompressed
DVD-Audio tracks) and overrides any user specific
mplayer configuration (via MPLAYER_HOME env var).
Latter is important if a user has loop=0 in his config.
This leads to an "endless" track detection. It is
merely a workaround. Perhaps it is better to explicitly
add "-loop 1" to the mplayer command lines.
