After having installed DosBlaster and used it (trying to play old dos game) I found that some programms such as MS Word, Skype didn't run. While trying to uninstall dosblaster Windows's thrown an error message saying there were running dosblaster instances. Apparently, DosBlaster takes under it's control some system events.
