I made a new Windows program - CuneiDjVu. It is a GUI over the CuneiForm-Linux v1.0 (I compiled the latter for Windows). Cuneiform is a Russian open-source OCR product - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CuneiForm_%28software%29 CuneiDjVu recognizes a DjVu file and integrates the OCR-result into its copy (into DjVu). License: GPL 2 and later.
