This discussion is great (thanks for pointing me to it Lisa).
I am having a few issues though after changing "pagetree" to "pagetree2":
-The very first XML file on the dita map is showing up at the very end of the TOC instead of at the beginning
-Once I create the TreeNavigation page, it won't let me ever access it again to edit it. Every time I click the page, it brings up a page that shows the Space name and it says "loading..." underneath it in my browser window. The Confluence Admin bar is gone though. It's really strange.
-Also, the TOC is displaying the TreeNavigation page in the TOC at the very bottom (below the page that should actually be at the beginning [see the first problem for details])
-Even with the wikimarkup for it, you cannot leverage the search box and expandCollapseAll functionalities for pagetree2 that exists in the pagetree macro
*Every time I click a page, all the expanded parts of the TOC tree automatically collapse. Any workaround for that?
Lastly, is it possible to customize the colors of hte pagetree2 macro? I cannot find any documentation about the pagetree2 macro.
