dtmoser, have you seen this? https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=649390 There seems to be a patch, might it be applied to your distribution?.

The mouse wheel worked when I tried reproducing this under Window XP. Do you have the same problem with a USB mouse connected to your system?.

It looks like PyGTK on Windows mangles the clipboard data. I'll try to update Diffuse to work around the problem.

This is now fixed in the Subversion repository.

Alt hotkeys doesn't seem to be supported right now, that's a significant lack.

It's probably due to to the lines added when copying: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3613190&group_id=157784&atid=805206.

The file dialogs are very awkward. It would be better then the current gigantic folder icons even a plain path text box (if it showed the current path). A combobox with the last used paths and better support to the windows default folders would be better but that's another level already.

The file open dialogs should remember the last used directory, they don't remember it even during the same session.

The mouse wheel is not working on my system (actually I'm trying with a touchpad "chiral", but it shouldn't make a difference). It would add a lot of comfort if it did.
