Desk Space expands your desktop space by allowing up to 8 virtual desktops. Automatic switching allows for seamless use with applications. Animations augment the look or give you that cube feel you got used to with xgl.

Desk Space 1.0 beta coming soon
Version 1.0 will be completely different from 0.9. For one thing, I've started over from scratch in C#. The end result should be more stable than the VB version. V1.0 will support Direct3D rendering, allowing for drastically better graphics (comparable to compiz-fusion). It will also support Vista composition, for live thumbnails (one of the new features will be the ability to view all desktops at once). More features are planned, but I'm also trying to work out perfecting what I have so I can get a beta uploaded. Hopefully I will have a good installer by then too.

Desk Space 0.9.3 Stable
