Optical features beat every other port, though not as featureful (scripting and decorate) as others.

Retains classic gameplay while giving the games a unique, shiny new surface.

I ran into a Python error when I placed the app under a directory with a bullet (•) in it's name. When I changed that special character to a hyphen (-) the error went away. I would recommend this to any Doom fan, but with a caveat.

Nice project. I'm playing doomsday for years and it still the best doom engine.

Been following this engine for quite some time now and probably will continue to use Doomsday for a very long time to come. I highly recommend this engine and Suggest keeping a close eye and their main site since there will be many advances to the enigne coming in the next acouple of months.
