I've been using Denemo, and found that it is rather hard to use as a GUI program. There should be a notation, a clefs, a time signatures, a key signatures, and a rests toolbar visible when I run Denemo. Also, some functions never seem to work, as I tried to change the 4/4 time signature to something else. There should also be a function for adding new measure lines for different instruments...

THIS IS FIXABLE, After install you must create a folder named ".denemo" in your C:\Documents and Settings\"user name that Denemo was installed under"\
windows will not normaly allow this so bring up a "command prompt" and create the folder using normal DOS commands. Next copy the file "denemorc.xml" into the .denemo folder. Then open Notepad and save a blank file named "denemohistory.xml" into...

A week ago,I reported that the so-called stable version apparently installed alright but then crashed Windows. Today I downloaded the beta2 version (denemo-win32 0.7.6 beta2 January 31, 2007)and it installed alright, and this time showed what appeared to be a GUI screen, but Windows reported that it had crashed and wanted me to send an error report.
