I'd like to see this happen as well. I can program - just not in C/XCode, so someone else would need to do the heavy lifting. I'm pretty good with UI design, however, and there are plenty of things about this I'd like to see cleaned up. Primarily, though, I'm interested in one specific feature that no other similar software on the Mac seems to have. All the MP3's I DJ with have beat counts embedded in their ID3 tags. Why the heck can't it read the ID3 tags on import and use that info directly, or at least use it as a basis for its own beat counting? I'm certainly not going to sit there and beat count every track all over again.
Anyway, I'm interested in helping in whatever way I can within the constraints of my ability and time.
