  3.1.4 Date: 2006.09.03 The package DicomServices is no longer part of the DicomRouter development. It is now included as a library. Fixed a bug in enabling/disabling the Start and Stop buttons in the GUI frontends. Inclusion of dcm4che 1.4.3. This fixed the known bug concerning Server.stop() method.
