problem on windows

    i just downloaded rel 2.2.4 and tried it on my Windows XP:
    i have startet PubServer and created a TestPublication on port 3001 ... OK
    if started SubServer on port 3002 and tried to create a TestSubscription but i allways get the Exception "can not find the xml file at specified path" !
    I found an entry in the FAQ, but this entry say's there is something wrong with the systemname .... i tried it with my IP-Address ... the same error ... i tried it with the FQDN (tom.myhome.local) ... the same error -> mybe there is a bug in rel 2.2.4

    System: JDK 1.6
    Database: Postgresql
    OS: Windows XP
