CVSTracNT

The Readme that came with the CVSTrackNT.exe installation program says:

1 Run install exe to install, need not uninstall the old version.
2 Run CVSTrac Option.
3 Click "Auto Import" button to import CVS Repositories in CVSNT.
4 Double click every item, modify it.
5 Import/Export users list in database setup dialog.
6 You can add/delete CVS Repositories also.

I assumed #2 is what is run automatically if I leave "Run CVSTracNT 1.2.1_20060112" selected on the last screen of the install (Since the window title is CVSTracNT V1.2.1_20060112 Option).

When I do step 3, it says "No CVS Repository Found".

Is there a step missing here where I tell CVSTracNT where to find repositories ?
