CommonSense ToolKit

Hello guys,

I am working on developing software for a system that will take sensor readings from a hazard monitoring sensor and alert a user on a web interface in case of an emergency. I stumbled on the common sense toolkit and thought it could be useful in my endeavor, but i have not even been able yet to install it on my computer! ( i am running windows XP).

Any information on this common sense toolkit will be much appreciated.
