Fully automated web installer and updater for Chromium browser.
This little tool helps you to download and install Chromium on your hard drive. In addition, Chromium Updater offers more options like a background service for updates, a profile backup function and you will be able to switch between Continuous and Snapshots trunks. Following OS and languages are supported:
Windows 8, 7, Vista and XP (x86 or x64 bit) - English and German.

best chromium updater for Windows below Windows 8 x64! But produce still in the latest build as of 25.03.13 (v2013 Release 13 from 2013-03-23) an error on windows 8 64-bit by all chrome web links 'class not registered' even if erase this in the registry then it works but as soon make chrome as default browser it appears again unless installing chromium with mini_installer.exe. Maybe cause I installed it on the original location C:\Users\<Windows User Name>\AppData\Local\Chromium ??? According to the changelog it should be fixed but it isn't!!!

I just installed it and it's really useful. But Chromium is installed with german search engine, it would be nicer if detected the country, I hope it will be possible. Thanks and good job!
