A fully featured nutrition and biomarker tracking tool. Designed for practitioners of Caloric Restrictrion (CRON) Diets.
Great idea and very useful implementation!
Thanks for a great produkt. It is a super product. Thanks a lot. Jdg/Denmark
Just what I was looking for, a portable utility to help in creating better meal plans, for tracking nutritional intake, and finding recipes based on specific ingredients. I'd been looking at the Nutritiondata.com site and found this project in my searches. It looks to provide similar resources as ND but in a portable, offline-usable package. I'm also very happy to see a linux version, cos otherwise I would not be able to use this! Thanks to the developers and contributors! :)
It is a great tool, good nutrition has changed for the better greatly thanks to this excellent programme
An excellent program and what is great the creator is keeping it up to date and does listen to people's suggestions for changes - that's rare in a freebie.
Linux install is total BS. Put the package together properly or don't do it at all.
Not sure how it could be better.
For those complaining about the lack of a proper linux package -- it's OPEN SOURCE. Please submit one. I don't use linux and don't have a clue how to make a proper linux package. So someone else is going to have to do it for me, and I'll gladly add it.
Excellent software for logging your diet quickly. Easily shows you nutritional breaks downs and vitamin/mineral intakes.
This program does exactly what it says, wonderfully. It is great for those interested in calorie restriction, while monitoring nutritional values! Thanks.
My most used program. A real lfe saver if you want sufficient nutrients for a healthy life. Thank you.
Its a great tool. Truely the Linux install should get fixed though.
I've used FitDay and NutriDiary and CRONOMETER is my favorite way to track my daily activities. I love the fact that you can import/export your custom foods and that there is potential for growth/features.
all this project needs is a few recipe websites to support it plus a database for users to place and locate nutritional information. Combine it with the barcode scanner on google android?
It is a great tool. Everyone knows the linux install is a under par, but should we complain. It is the only diet app I have found under linux that has a full USDA database, deals with macro-nutrients and or very customizable diet options. The one thing I really wish they would complete is the the Exercise Tab.
