I found no documentation around to do this.
Setup the TeamFoundation.API on IIS that can interact with your Team Foundation Server. I am hosting it on the same server as Team Foundation.
Next upload the Custom Workflow action into CRM2011 and associate the plugin with a workflow process.
I have a few custom fields in both my CRM and TFS that may not work out of the box for you.
