ALL_EXTRA_FIELDS tags does not work any more

    In 5.5.0.4 when I put ALL_EXTRA_FIELDS tag in a form I have 2 problem: 1. if there are other tags (of a given specific extra field) the system display no thing 2. if there is no tag, teh system display JUST the name of extra fields, NOT the input text field Could you please help
