Cream is a free, easy-to-use configuration of the famous Vim text editor for Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, and FreeBSD. It uses common menus, standard keyboard shortcuts, and has extensive editing functions for the beginner and expert alike.
UPDATE: Development has slowed recently due to the author's full time endeavor to begin an architectural practice (http://SteveHallArchitecture.com). But the project still continues to build gVim installers and add minor features and bug fixes in the Cream source code.

More features than vanilla vim

Also blocked by corporate firewall, version gvim-7-4-2066.exe. I was told the package is "obfuscating a payload using a crypter".

Current installation package (gvim-7-4-1641.exe) is blocked by my corporate firewall because of HotBar.G_2 (Adware) included in the package.
