CPP-2-HTML is a DOS command-line utility that formats C++ source code into HTML pages. It uses an external Cascading Style Sheet, "cpp.css" so that the user may set up any formatting/coloring choices.

Version 1.02 is the first version classified as a stable release. Removed minor bugs involving browsers re-interpreting generated pages. Now correctly displays this code: int & // address of integer not reinterpreted by browser
