Seems like the condor_config.local (after attempting to run the script) is not able to communicate with the graphics card for some reason, so I will need to look into this and try a few tricks and hopefully I will figure something out. - Added matixMul to test suite. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r51 | tblattne | 2009-02-05 17:47:56 -0600 (Thu, 05 Feb 2009) | 7 lines - Added new method for querying nvidia cuda capable graphics cards - Added cuda test for saleman NOTE: need to fix minor bug but class is now so I have to go. (bug is if nvcc is not there. I need to initialize CUDAINFO to 0) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r48 | tblattne | 2009-01-28 21:56:18 -0600 (Wed, 28 Jan 2009) | 5 lines - Added cuda traveling salesman code. - Updated gpu_job.submit with fixed submit file - Removed old traveling salesman code that did not contain cuda ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r47 | tblattne | 2009-01-26 23:39:44 -0600 (Mon, 26 Jan 2009) | 8 lines - Fixed a few bugs. NOTES: Looked at log message and found that the program attempted to run on gpgpu, so the test was a success. My submit file must be wrong, so I will have to look at that. But hooray for the progress! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r46 | tblattne | 2009-01-26 22:42:15 -0600 (Mon, 26 Jan 2009) | 8 lines - Added traveling salesman test that runs on gpu - Fixed minor bug in gpu.sh with incorrect variable name outputted - Added condor submit file for submitting the traveling salesman sample NOTES: Submitted my first condor job, now awaiting output and information. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r45 | tblattne | 2009-01-26 22:09:26 -0600 (Mon, 26 Jan 2009) | 13 lines - Added copy of condor_config.local that creates the cron job for running the gpu.sh script - Added classAd information for CUDA - Deleted condor-7.2.0 folder due unneeded files and waste of space NOTES: The condor_config.local has been modified on gpgpu, and the classAd information is being sent. Next steps involve the check for specific requirements to ensure that functionality of the variables is as expected. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r31 | tblattne | 2009-01-19 17:30:29 -0600 (Mon, 19 Jan 2009) | 5 lines - Added support for multiple GPUs - uname now used to verify Linux is O/S - Added NGPU ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r30 | tblattne | 2009-01-16 19:31:49 -0600 (Fri, 16 Jan 2009) | 3 lines - Made a few modifications verifying each variable actually contains values ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r29 | tblattne | 2009-01-16 18:43:02 -0600 (Fri, 16 Jan 2009) | 3 lines -Added vga script for identifying graphics card information.
