compiere.mfg_scm plugin on eclipse

    Afterward I add plugin org.compiere.mfg_scm.eclipse.db_0.03 on eclipse and I try step by step readmy03.pdf files http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=106057

    When I will try connect oracle database (after add driver on tab driver).I get Message Error

    Cannot Open DB with url
    error : oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

    would please any advice this case
