Comix

I recently switched from 7 to Ubuntu, mostly just to try something new. I used CDisplay to open .cbr in 7 but since that isn't really an option now, I tried this out. My problem is that when I open up some of my files, Comix doesnt actually load anything. It just shows the broken / loading image for each page. About lets say a 1/10th of the comics I own work perfectly, load quickly and the program works great, but the majority don't load at all. I know these files are not corrupted. Any ideas? Thakns

Comix' file handling in conjunction with RAR files is broken in many respects, especially if archives contain non-ASCII names. Do the archives in question contain such names? Look for umlauts, accents, foreign symbols and so forth.
