Title: Highlighting Support

I would love to see Comix have support for highlighting part of
images(similar to how you highlight books with a yellow marker).

The highlight color would be adjustable.

It would allow you to click and drag the mouse and create a
transparent window with the highlight color over the area you selected.

Highlights would be saved for each file/archive and reloaded automatically when opening a file/archive.
And you could add notes for each highlighted item.

The highlights themselves would just saved as coordinates/notes/color code in a text file

This would be great for highlighting important paragraphs/vocabulary/etc.
