Perfect! I can now use my GPS-logger which is connected to an embedded linux box (with gpsd) on my remote windows PC over the internet connection. Since most windows GPS-Software requires the GPS-Logger to be attached to a local COM port, this would've never been possible without com0com.

Thanks a million for extending IOCTL_SERIAL_LSRMST_INSERT to include baud-rate changes. It's exactly what I needed!
