This Programm allows you to find Colors you need for a Website. You can choose the color in a ColorDialog and then copy the Hex code to clipboard, and you can type in a Hex code an get shown the Color.

Simple, straight-forward and to the point. Nice little stand-alone app. The "Most Top" button, btw, makes the app always appear on top of other windows. To the developer, the more common phrase is usually "Always on top" or "Always visible". Might be less confusing.

didn't quite understand what does "Allmost Top" button do ??
