Try to run colinux-daemon as "Administrator".

Please search for "openVPN TAP-Win32 Windows 7" on the Internet. All tips there for the TAP you can also use under coLinux. The internal name for coLinux TAP is "tap0801co", this is the only difference between the openVPN variant (it is "tap0904" for openVPN, I think).
