Error starting cog.pl

    install.pl did not work for me so I did a manual install. When I tried /cgi-bin/cog.pl , I get an "Internal server error" and from a shell prompt get the following:

    bash-2.04$ ./cog.pl
    Too many arguments for undef operator at cog-lib.pl line 83, near "$value)"
    Too many arguments for undef operator at cog-lib.pl line 152, near "$type)"
    Compilation failed in require at ./cog.pl line 19.
