Now that Haiku (http://www.haiku-os.org/) is self hosting we will move to support Clue on Haiku. We are also looking for Haiku coders who love Clue and would like to expand it. Clue v3 is planned and we aim to make a generic library for clients to add support to YAB and Python and other languages. Muscle is being considered as a transport to allow Clue to run on other hosts and possible FOSS Operating Systems.
The source to build clue is now in Sourceforge's CVS. It builds on Zeta 1.2. To build get the source from CVS and run 'make' then 'make install' in source/library amd source/viewer. The code will and libraries be in package.
