closedShop - Open Source Shopping

Hi,

I'm trying out closed-shop and i love the 'simplicity' of the software. But i wanted to make some adjustments but i'm not that good with Perl. So maybe someone knows the answers...

If i order something i get an email with text that doesn't seems to be neatly organised. It's more like all txt is put in one line. Is it possible to change that? And where can i find this?

The second question is in the search-page the sub-categories get an |- before the category-name... I would like to change that to something like only - or even more beautiful if i could use a small image or something....
