CLearAntlib -- CQBuildRecord cannot be found

    I am trying to run ccexec task using ant. I am getting the following error: taskdef A class needed by class net.sourceforge.clearantlib. CQBuildRecord cannot be found: com/ibm/rational/wvcm/stp/Repository.

    I had downloaded the Rational Rose API and placed the JAR in the ant/lib, still no solved.

    Any help regarding this would be appreciated.
