Unfortunately, due to real life constraints I was unable to fully revive CiteCRM and rewrite it.
A fellow by the name of Joshua has taken the code and registered a new project called "MyIT CRM" ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/myitcrm/ ). Since I do not have the time necessary to rewrite CiteCRM and Joshua has started MyIT CRM, then I am going to help him out.

CiteCRM appears to have started out as a project to help bring business to the original author's website as well as providing CRM to small and mediums sized IT shops.

Hi all,
I've enabled Gift Certificates in the admin control panel. When I select a customer and try to create a new gift certificate for them, the page just shows blank. No errors, nothing. I checked the sql tables and the system is not even getting as far as to populating the table.
Any ideas?

It appears to me that I am unable to enter a tax percentage of 2.5% the program consistently rounds this figure to 3%
Also, it seems odd that we are unable to delete a work order once it has been started and/or close out a work order without a charge. It would be nice if there was a no charge option.
One last thing, it would also be nice if we could assign a task to a tech without...

I have updated the look of the HTML printed Work Order a good bit. I am attaching the modules/workorder/print.php file and the templates/workorder/print.tpl file.
There were a few poor english lines in the template file. The notes section would say "Enter By:" rather than "Entered By:". I changed this just to say "Technician".
I also rearranged the entire look of the work order.

I can not find any method of removing an added part or labor from the invoice. If I enter several items, hit submit and then come back to edit a line item - there is no way I can see to do so. Any thoughts?
