Cellular Automata simulator. Native code (fast) and modular design: update rule, topology, time, measurement, initialization are independant. No GUI (for now...): configuration file (commented default automatically generated) overridable by command line.

Added: rules shift, totalizing, majority, antimajority topology hexagons, meta_topologies neighbours of neighbours, cut_link and shuffle_neighbours plot merged into topology configure script (automatic detection of camlimages library) topology/line takes time_stroboscope into account code cleaning: factorized code into rule/templates.ml cimula.ml is now cimula.mlp and gets preprocessed by camlp4 more ocamldoc reorganised the configuration parameters to make a better looking configuration file. minor: scale is a topology parameter (for drawing) and no longer an experiment parameter the rule doesn't get the dimensions any more, its initializer receives the number of cells small name changes for more consistency small bugfixes
