Hello All -
From my monitoring this forum, the answer to this issue of "linking" a WebCalendar with ChurchInfo has been discussed before. It does not appear that it has anything to do with the WC version number, as a newer install can be found on the ChurchInfo homepage - (http://www.churchdb.org/WebCalendar-1.2.b1/month.php)

I believe you are correct in that there seems to be no way to delete a deposit once it is created. I think this limitation is by design.

I'd love to see a feature added to the Envelope manager that allowed the administrator to assign numbers as he/she saw fit from a screen that listed all potential families. As I understand it the Envelope Manager auto-generates and assigns consecutive numbers to all families in the database or member families only if selected. Many people prefer to keep the same envelope from year to year...

Thanks for your reply Beral. I was aware of being able to manually edit envelope numbers in the Edit Family screen. My question had to do specifically with the "Envelope Manager" which is in the Admin menu. What you're saying, then, is that the Envelope Manager, just automatically assigns envelope numbers to member families. That is disappointing.

You can use it either way. The envelope manager will assign envelope numbers to all families, over-writing any numbers that are already there, or you can add or edit them manually in the Edit Family screen. I don't think there is a facility to automatically allocate the next unused number when you add a new family.
