CheckSumTool allows user to calculate different (e.g. CRC, MD5, SHA-variants) checksums for files. It also can verify files against given (list of) checksums.
A full application install? Really? To take a sha256 hash of a file? Wow, and the hash appeared to be nonsense (wasn't even the right length). I could have just written this myself by now, so I guess I'll do that now...
No way to copy paste compare a single file or a small list.
