CheckSumTool allows user to calculate different (e.g. CRC, MD5, SHA-variants) checksums for files. It also can verify files against given (list of) checksums.
I didn't really look through the entire tool yet, but I just needed to check MD5 sums of two files and I have managed to do it really fast and straightforward. Thanks for this help!!
