  • Documentation

The documentation page needs to be udpated with the new WS. 1. Javadoc is missing 2. The Java examples need to be extended to include the new methods. Note the old ones need to be updated to use the new methods. 3. The ChEBIWebServiceClient should have the new methods awell.

  • getStructureSearch

Can we return the entityStar as part of the structure search results.

  • Search score

http://tc-test-3.ebi.ac.uk:9620/webservices/chebi/test/getAllOntologyChildrenInPath?chebiId=15377&relationshipType=is+a&structureOnly=false It makes no sense to send a search score for this result. Please remove as its not a fuzzy text search.

  • Stacktrace

http://tc-test-3.ebi.ac.uk:9620/webservices/chebi/test/getCompleteEntity?chebiId=2 Correctly gives an error. However a nasty stacktrace is sent aswell. This is useful internally for ChEBI but should not be sent once we've deployed.

Ok fair enough, it does look confusing - they can keep their old parents. Thanks, Hilary.

The poly(vinyl acetate) entry is now fully curated. The definition for poly(2,7-carbazole) is 'A polymer composed of repeating 2,7-linked substituted or unsubstituted carbazole units.' In 53427, the carbazole units are not linked directly to each other, they have vinylene groups in between. Hence I'm not sure that this relationship between 53672 and 53594 is valid. Steve.
