Well, now that I have some SVG experience under my belt, it seems that the SVG rendering engine implemented in FireFox seems to really work hard to generate the presentation of my graphs.
Does anyone have experience in SVG optimization that can help to build out a better graph?.

The SVG Charter team is excited to announce the availability of the alpha-3 release of SVG Charter. The alpha-3 release now supports both scatter and line graphs as proof-of-concept of reusable charting modules.
