Typical operation should involve running main4(k,t) and evaluate3(R,training). Supplemental images were generated for a paper using traceCommutes(training,R). GPS data should be placed in a folder called 'training' a sample is in 'training.zip'. Sample results from running main4 and evaluate3 are saved in 'arnold2.mat'; k=3 and t=15. Associated output matrices and cell arrays are also saved.
