This problem is fixed in release 3.2.0 of Changing Pages.
Any users that are experiencing this problem should download
version 3.2.0.

The List Sender module doesn't actually do the
physical sending of email to the users, even though it
appears to. The message sent screen is displayed
reporting the number of users sent to, but the email
is never recieved.
Resolution: This is a known bug in list_sender.cgi and
is fixed in version 3.2-pre4 of Changing Pages,
download this version (or patch to 3.2-pre3) when...

List Manager will not run and will yield an error to
the browser saying that it is unable to locate the
modules ChangingPages and ChangingPages::Security on
the system.
Resolution: There was a bug in List Manager that meant
that unless the Perl modules for Changing Pages were
installed globally on the system, it would not run.
The problem is fixed in version 3.2-pre4, you should.
