CellMate Bot currently allows google queries and aim functions through OSCAR. Made to be used form your cellphone's AIM client, CellMate Bot will be updated to include email, news and map directions in the future. For now, you can use Google SMS.

I was kind of put off when I found out about Google SMS, which essentially provides almost the same features as my Cellmate Bot. However, I still feel Google SMS might not contain some valuable features (my Google query still isn't a part of Google SMS) that I can add. I'll be trying to get IMAP email working again in the future, but security is a problem (sending passwords over OSCAR). If anyone has an idea for a snappier feature not found in Google SMS that I could implement, let me know.
The Command/Chat Layer, Net::AIM Buffer, Net::Google Buffer, and parts of the Net::POP3 buffer are finished. I had about 1k lines of code all in one file. I'm currently going to rewrite most of it to fit a multifile structure, making it a more OOP-like program (though no real classes will be used). Once I get the mail and news functions completed, I'll upload code and documentation for CellMate Bot.
