help w/ backup(can't see studies aft restore)

    Permissions:
    I did check the permissions on the files located /ctn/$hostname/ and they show up as www-data

    DICOM query:
    I am not sure on the retrieve part (i have not done that before). I am resetting it up to my previous state so I can try that part. Will post back later today!
